Andrea Romani
sound designer
Andrea Romani, born in Milan (Italy) in 1994, begins his first steps in at the age of 16 as sound assistant in concert services. At 17 he founds his first recording studio specializing in Hip Hop music post-production and recording. In 2013 he enrolls the Sound Design course at the European Institute of Design (IED). During the course he gets passionate about sound editing and sound effects production, graduating in 2017 with 110 cum laude. Subsequently he begins to work for directors and advertising agencies on movies and commercials. At the same time he carries on a collaboration with DPstudios, a leading studio in the audio game sector. In these years the working relationship with DPstudios intensifies and lead Andrea to work on national and international titles, first as freelance sound designer and then as lead sound designer.
Along with his personal career, he also pursues teaching classes at Fastweb Digital Academy and occasionally at the European Institute of Design (IED).
